Warrington’s Own Buses marked Random Acts of Kindness Day on Monday 17th February by spreading goodwill throughout the community. The company offered free mobile app tickets to a selection of it’s passengers and showed appreciation to its dedicated staff with small token gifts.
To celebrate the spirit of kindness, the company surprised passengers with free tickets via the Warrington’s Own Buses mobile app. This initiative aimed to make public transport more accessible and encourage further acts of kindness within the community.
“We believe that even small gestures can have a big impact,” said Katie Ferguson, Operations Director at Warrington’s Own Buses. “By offering free tickets, we hoped to brighten people’s days and encourage them to spread kindness in their own way.”
Warrington’s Own Buses also took the opportunity to thank its staff who work tirelessly to keep Warrington moving. Some staff members received a small token of appreciation, such as flowers or a gift card, as a thank you for their hard work and dedication.
“Our staff are the backbone of our service” said Katie. “We wanted to show how much we value their commitment to providing safe and reliable transport to the people of Warrington.”
